Folsum Home

The Folsum project started with the goal of updating the early 2000's aesthetic from orange oak to a clean craftsman finish.  That quickly transitioned to a whole-home remodel where we gave a cosmetic and functional update to all areas of the home.  This project is a great example of what can be accomplished with a significant remodel rather than a new purchase.   One of my favorite improvements here was repurposing the existing cherry kitchen cabinets with a refinish, and cosmetic and functional modifications.  This both contributed to a lower carbon footprint for the project, lower project cost; and also improving the existing function of the kitchen.
