Will Moore

As a former educator, Will brings a unique skill set to construction management. Our company's focus on effective communication, attention to detail, and problem solving comes from Will's experience as a teacher. These core values have built a healthy reputation with both our clients, and our sub-contractors. Within the company, Will operates as the lead designer, estimator, and project manager.

Pete Chambers

Pete has been a Homework team member from the beginning days of the company. He is vital to the day-to-day operations, both on the job site, and behind the scenes. He brings a strong communication and leadership skill set as a former teacher, as well as effective construction knowledge from his former commercial and residential experience. Pete serves as a project manager on our larger projects.

Our Process

Schedule an Initial Project Meeting

Our process begins with a free project consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss your project ideas and create a 3D rendering of your space.

Design & Initial Estimate

The next step is to create an a 3D model of the project design(s). We then create an initial project estimate that includes product allowances for all finish items.

Product Selections and Sub-Contractor Estimates

The next step in the process is to begin making product selections for the project. During this phase, you will work with a designer, or on your own, to pick out all finish items. We will also collect more accurate sub-contractor estimates and file for permitting. By the end of this phase, we will have an accurate project cost.
