Our goal was to open up a disjointed 1980s kitchen, sunroom, and dining area into one bright, modern space — and Will delivered exactly that. He provided a detailed budget and realistic schedule upfront, then managed the project flawlessly from start to finish. Budget Proposal
Our process begins with a free project consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss your project ideas and potential options for the scope. We follow up with a budget proposal to set the financial target for the project.
Pre-Construction
With the project vision in place, it's time to bring the details to life. The client works alongside the Homework team to select every finish and material. Subcontractor pricing is refined, plans are finalized, and permits are secured.
Construction
Hands-on project leadership with daily site presence. Premium materials sourced directly, installed by craftspeople who treat your home like their own.
Warranty
Following completion, the home is backed by a one-year craftsmanship warranty and a two-year warranty on all mechanical systems. During this time, any issues are addressed promptly, ensuring the home meets the highest standards of quality long after move-in.
