• Standard Remodels include moderate upgrades and allow for minor layout changes, like moving plumbing or reconfiguring appliances. You’ll get semi-custom cabinetry, upgraded flooring such as tile or luxury vinyl plank, and mid-level finishes that offer both style and durability.
